A tool designed to support innovation

Innovation requires a strong understanding of people’s real needs and emotions. As designers, how do we make sure the opportunities we identify align with the pain points and frustrations of the people we’re creating for?

Our team built Salmon with these challenges in mind. Research should champion the people centered around it, not reduce those needs to one-dimensional data points.

What are people saying about Salmon?

“It makes the unpleasant part about honing, documenting, and organizing aggregated data a lot easier.

-Design Thinking Student

“The interface of dragging things around and rearranging it, it's very familiar, which is great. I think that's a really, really powerful, different way to look at this.”

-Design Thinking Facilitator

"I wish I had this tool for my OnRamp project. It would’ve made things so much better."
